Her goal is to help clients navigate difficult emotions, identify negative beliefs and patterns, and process pain, frustrations, and disappointments.

As a therapist, Lesley likes to get to know her clients and help them discover or rediscover what makes their hearts smile. The therapeutic relationship is one of the most unique experiences one can have, therefore, it brings her great joy, to help you feel seen. She aims to meet you at the intersection of faith and mental health. You’ll drive, but Lesley will journey with you as you work towards your healing.
