Rates:
Rates vary depending on the type of services provided, and the specific provider.
Current rates for individual therapy sessions $90.00 – $175.00 for 50-minute sessions.
Current rates for couples and family therapy $105- $200
Coaching prices vary depending on the services received.
Insurance:
Please be mindful that not all providers accept insurance, and coaching is not a service that is covered by insurance companies. If you are interested in seeing a specific provider, please contact them directly and explore their rates, and their insurance status.
Currently in The Sanctuary some of our providers accept:
• Aetna
• UHC/Optum
• Cigna
• Oxford
Don’t see your insurance company listed? Please don’t allow insurance, or lack thereof deter you from getting the support that you need. There are options. Depending on your current health insurance provider, and your employee benefits plan, it is possible that services may be covered utilizing out of network benefits, or your HSA/FSA plan. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for behavioral health care.
I’d recommend presenting these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so,what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?
We accept cash, HSA/FSA and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
