As a group therapy practice led by committed Black and Caribbean women, we are deeply passionate about holding space for those who have historically been pushed to the margins. Our mission is to offer healing that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while uplifting the unique identities, lived experiences, and strengths of the communities we serve. In cases where we can’t be there for you ourselves, we strive to provide what help we can in the form of mental health resources for anyone to access.
